Your information
Privacy information
Information about the controller, enquiry handling, form security, the essential cookie and your personal data rights.
Controller and contact
The controller is amm Solution Czech s.r.o., company ID 09830511, registered at Korunní 2569/108, 101 00 Praha 10, Czech Republic. Contact info@ammsolution.cz or the postal address above with any personal data request or question.
Information we process
We process contact details entered in a form or email: name, email, phone and, where provided, company or country. Transport enquiries may also contain route, date, cargo or horse details; breeding enquiries contain the topic, message and optional mare details. Provide only information needed for your enquiry. Forms do not accept attachments.
Purposes and legal bases
We use information to handle your enquiry, prepare an offer and provide an agreed service. Steps taken at your request before a contract and performance of a contract rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Business-representative communication, website security and protection of legal rights rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Mandatory contractual and accounting records rely on legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c). Form information is not used for promotional mailings.
Providing information
Fields marked with an asterisk are required for the relevant form. Without them the form cannot be submitted, but you can contact us directly by email or phone. A phone number is required for transport enquiries and optional for the Yeguada. An enquiry is not an order or reservation.
Recipients
Information is available to authorised people handling your enquiry. The mailbox is provided by Seznam.cz, a.s. Where needed for an offer or service, relevant information may be shared with involved transport or breeding partners, dispatchers or veterinary professionals. IT, accounting and legal providers or competent public authorities may also process information where necessary. Only information needed for the particular purpose is shared, not for third-party advertising.
Retention
Unconverted enquiries are kept for one year after the last communication. Where a contract follows, related contractual and accounting records are retained under the applicable legal requirements, generally five years for ordinary accounting records and ten years for VAT documents. Records needed for a specific dispute may be kept for its resolution and protection of associated rights. Information is then removed unless another legal basis requires retention.
Operational and security information
For page requests, the server records IP address, time, requested URL, response status and browser information. Logs rotate daily with fourteen daily archives. Form protection uses a short-lived IP hash and attempt timestamps, not message contents. These records are removed by hourly cleanup after 24 hours without activity. Session state expires after 24 minutes of inactivity, with inactive files removed by hourly cleanup. Enquiry contents are not archived on the web server.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where a particular activity relies on consent, that consent may be withdrawn. Erasure may not be possible for records required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. We normally respond within one month and notify you of any lawful extension in complex cases.
Supervisory authority
You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority, particularly in the member state of your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement.
Automated decisions and international transfers
The website does not use profiling or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Enquiries are assessed individually. The application delivers messages to the company mailbox at Seznam.cz and embeds no third-party advertising or analytics services. If a requested service requires a transfer outside the European Economic Area, it must have an appropriate legal basis and safeguards under the GDPR.

Our own analytics with consent
Only with your consent do we measure pseudonymous visits and returning browsers, pages and languages, traffic sources, link clicks, form starts and errors, scrolling, estimated active time and website performance. We also record device category, browser and operating system. A visit ends after 30 minutes of inactivity. A random identifier recognises a browser, not a named person. Analytics does not store form contents, names, contact details or sensitive URL parameters. There is no screen recording, cursor tracking or fingerprinting.
Purpose, hosting and geographical information
The purpose is to understand interest in our services and improve website usability and speed. Optional analytics relies on consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a). Analytics runs on our server without external tracking services. The request IP is used locally with the DB-IP database to estimate country and region; it is not stored in visitor analytics or sent to the database provider. We do not determine city, GPS coordinates or a visitor’s address. VPNs, mobile and corporate networks may make the estimate inaccurate. Detailed information is accessible only to authorised administrators and necessary IT service providers.
Analytics retention
Detailed visitor events are deleted after 90 days. Irreversible daily totals without browser identifiers are kept for 24 months and cannot reconstruct an individual visit. Weekly report delivery records are kept for 12 months without visitors’ personal data. Evidence of affirmative consent contains only a random reference, time, information version and consent status; it expires after consent ends and related details have been cleaned up. Protected database backups rotate within seven days. Current retention and withdrawals are applied before restored data becomes accessible. Backup data is not used for new analyses.
Refusal and withdrawal
You can refuse or withdraw analytics at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. The website and forms remain functional. Withdrawal stops measurement and removes the analytics cookie and related detailed events; anonymous totals can no longer be attributed to individuals. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Acceptance and refusal are counted only as aggregate decisions without identifiers for refusing browsers. They are decisions, not unique people. Successful enquiries are counted as operational totals; they are linked to a visitor session only with consent and without enquiry contents.
Cookies
Essential cookies work independently of analytics consent. Optional cookies are created only after active acceptance. Accept all, reject optional and settings are available in the first layer. All cookies are scoped to this website location and use HTTPS, HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict. Deleting browser cookies may cause the settings to appear again.
